Terms of Service

❣ Currently only accepting payment through Paypal and Venmo (USD).
❣ I offer payment plans for colored pieces. I will not start a commission until the first payment is made. The final payment must be sent before I send the final product.
❣ I have the right to cancel/refund a commission at any time.
❣ The commissioner may cancel the commission before a payment is made.
❣ Sketch commissions will receive 70% back until the sketch is finished.
❣ Flat colored pieces will receive 50% back until the coloring is finished.
❣ A fully rendered color piece will not receive a refund once the drawing has been finished.
❣ All commissions are made for personal use only. *If requesting commercial use please reach out and talk to me first.
❣ I have full rights over my artwork to publish and display on any site.
❣ The commissioner is agreeing to use my artwork for personal use only. Printing the art is okay, claiming the content is okay but not the actual drawing itself, and posting to social media but giving proper credit to me as the artist.
❣ Do NOT sell/mint my work as an NFT.
❣ Do NOT use my work for AI generators.
❣ Do NOT remove any watermarks/signatures.

What i will not draw

✘ Mecha
✘ Complex characters
✘ Complex backgroundsNote:
An additional character will cost an extra $10.

Process

❣ I appreciate reference photos!
❣ If you are requesting a full color piece, once I get your approval of the sketch then no changes will be made once the coloring has started, unless it is about the coloring itself.
❣ I will send updates throughout each phase of the process.
❣ If I am unable to work on the commission for any reason for a lengthy period then I will notify you as soon as possible.
❣ Canvas size varies but starts from 3000 px and 300 dpi.
